This workshop is intend for researchers interesting in using intelligent methods that allow their systems to automatically and actively cope with unforeseen events like faults, uncertain acting and sensing and exogenous events. We believe that the workshop is interesting for practitioners from the autonomous agents and robots domain as well as for researchers from complementary areas like computer science, machine learning, reliability, diagnosis and repair as well as researchers dealing with more fundamental and theoretical issues.
